I am taking this time to write to you because I want you to know how much I appreciate your exceptional service. I was a first a student of Ken Roberts in various forms and now a member of the WGB/GBE course with Jim Prince and the Premium Alert Service. I feel lucky that I was a member with Ken while they were still recommending brokerages, because that is why I was able to find GCT. In speaking to several brokers prior to landing at GCT, it was immediately apparent how difficult it can be to locate a broker I can trust with MY money. At GCT, you not only made me feel comfortable with my novice-level knowledge of trading, but took the time (sometimes over an hour per call!) to educate me and help reinforce what I have learned. Not only am I able to get any question I may have answered, but you (or in rare instances, one of your "backup brokers") are always available and always answer the phone. No long winded menus or hold times, while I watch the position I intended to enter move against me. Your website is excellent as well as it offers many educational options and also helped to re-enforce what Jim's PAS has taught me about stop positioning and support and resistance levels, as well as many articles on the markets themselves.

Just wanted to drop a line and say thanks for always being available to answer my questions and to educate first, and more than capably fulfill the traditional roles of a broker second. It means a lot to the novice trader.

. . . and I have a personal broker assigned to me who has all but bent over backwards to help ensure successful and rapid trades. With the volatility of today's markets, it is nice to have personal service from someone as interested in my success as I am. And that is not the best part. Although my letter head shows Tallahassee, I'm physically in Kandahar, Afghanistan, nine and a half hours ahead of Eastern Standard Time, in a tent, on a laptop computer that sometimes does and does not get good internet service. I don't know where most of the clients at GCT are trading from, but I have been through two rocket attacks in the last month and still managed to conduct business. In a nutshell, if I can do it, anybody with a pulse and a birth certificate can do it.
